We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior HR Executive who can independently manage 360° HR responsibilities, including IT & Non-IT recruitment, HR operations, employee management, and organizational development.

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions

Talent sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

Managing LinkedIn recruitment and job portals

Employee onboarding, documentation & HR operations

Attendance, leave & employee record management

Employee engagement and grievance handling

Performance management and appraisal coordination

HR policy implementation and statutory compliance

Exit formalities and Full & Final settlement coordination

Independently managing day-to-day HR activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience

Strong expertise in IT & Non-IT recruitment

Good knowledge of complete HR operations and employee lifecycle

Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to independently handle 360° HR responsibilities

Strong career stability preferred — candidates with at least 3–4 years of experience in one organization will receive preference

Immediate or early joiners preferred
