Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to manage clinical hiring, with strong exposure to Doctors and Nursing hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles.

2. Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Conduct detailed CV screening and initial candidate assessment.

3. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Business Heads, Functional Heads and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.

4. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation and joining.

5. Recruitment Metrics
Track hiring TAT, positions closed, offer-to-joining ratio, pipeline and other recruitment metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience in clinical hiring
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and candidate closure skills
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
• Ability to manage multiple mandates independently

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to clinical hiring
• Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
• Should be hands-on and not limited to interview coordination
