Senior Executive - Application

Applications:

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for:
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• QMS (Quality Management System)
• DMS (Document Management System)
• Power BI
• MS Office 365
• Requirement gathering from various departments, functionality evaluation and implementation of new features as per business requirements in ERP, DMS, Power BI etc
• Functional support in all modules for Business Central in adherence to guidelines in the organization
• User access control and management in all the application
• Development of Power BI Dashboards as per business need
• Managing Internal Customer complaints, providing End user support to IT application.
• Coordinate with application vendors for issue resolution and upgrades
• Knowledge of MS SQL database to build connection with Power BI
• Managing application database

IT Compliance:

• Creation of IT policies and SOPs as per statutory and regulatory compliance requirements 
• Understanding of QMS elements such as Change control management, CAPA, Deviation etc
• Conducting trainings of ERP, DMS, QMS etc
• Supporting IT audits internal/external
