Senior Engineer | Executive Manager -Instrumentation

1.Knowledge on Calibration, Checking, Servicing, Trouble shooting, installation & Commissioning capability of Field instruments like Control valves, Flow Meters( Electro Magnetic, Mass Flow ), Transmitters(Diff. Pressure, Pressure, Temperature ), Temperature Elements( RTD , Thermocouple, Pyrometer) , Pressure & Temperature indicators, Level Transmitters ( Diff. Pressure, RADAR type)

2. Checking & servicing capability of Safety Valves, Control Valves, Shutoff Valves & Pressure Regulating Valves

3. Knowledge on calibration & Checking of Gas detectors & Analyzers (pH, Conductivity, Oxygen meters etc). Configuration of Process Controllers (PID) & On-Off controllers

4. Installation, checking, trouble shooting & calibration of weighing systems

5. System Knowledge- PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens) & SCADA and DCS. Trouble shooting & Logic checking of relay based interlocks & PLC based. Study of wiring drawings. Knowledge on Rotary equipment PLCs & Interlocks

6. Carrying out Preventive maintenance by adhering to the schedule, calibration, compiling of maintenance check lists. Preparation of calibration records to fulfill the customer requirements & other audit requirements.

7. Knowledge on PLC based Bagging machines & Trouble shooting

8. Ability to analyze root cause and trouble shoot. Knowledge on critical spares in instrumentation equipment

10. Knowledge in electrical safety. Knowledge of protective equipment related to all instruments

11. Skill to anticipate potential breakdowns.

12. To understand the training requirement of the team and provide them based on it.

13. Process Safety procedures 14. Exposure in Project activities like Installation, erection & Commisioning of Instrumentation activities
