Senior Engineer / Engineer - P&M

Role & responsibilities : Plant & Machinery (Tunnels)

• Equipment Management: Oversee the deployment and operation of tunneling machinery like TBMs, drill jumbos, shotcrete units, and ventilation systems.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Ensure regular preventive maintenance, reduce downtime, and manage critical spare parts for heavy underground equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor strict safety standards, electrical protocols, and gas-testing procedures in confined underground environments.
• Site Coordination: Work closely with civil and execution teams to ensure smooth muck removal, concrete supply, and continuous excavation cycles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 6 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment management within underground construction or tunneling projects (TBM, NATM, drill jumbos, shotcrete, units, ventilation, and dewatering systems).
