Role & responsibilities
Carry out installation support, commissioning, testing, and start-up of products at customer sites Freon and Ammonia.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to screw and reciprocating compressors and refrigeration systems/racks.
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and equipment inspections.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues (including electrical panels) and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Support refrigeration system performance checks and ensure equipment operates as per technical specifications.
Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance records after site visits.
Provide technical guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with a mechanical background and good knowledge of electrical panels are preferred. Hands-on experience in compressor commissioning, industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R service, or field maintenance is also preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working at customer sites and travelling across India based on service requirements.
