Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in enquiry management, sales support or technical coordination in manufacturing; aluminium extrusion experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries, feasibility, counter drawings and technical updates.
Coordinate die costing, invoicing, payments, die release, sample approvals and reconciliation.
Track enquiries, update customers, maintain records and drive process improvements.
