About this role
Role: Senior Director Real Estate for one of India's leading premium flexible workspace operators.
Overview: The role will entail leading all the Supply Acquisition Transactions, including market research, technical due diligence, all financial analysis, legal diligence, commercial negotiations, deal
management and closure.
Core responsibility
The Senior Director is responsible for devising and executing the business's expansion strategy and delivering the entire portfolio rollout as per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Leading the Real Estate portfolio and growth for the country
- Leading the entire Real Estate team across regions & territories
- Developing and executing the long-term strategy for expansion and portfolio
- End-to-end management of the deal pipeline, deal management, financial modelling, transaction and closure.
- Developing deep relationships with all the major developers, asset-owners, IPCs & other Property consultants in the market
Requirements to succeed
- 15+years of extensive work experience in RE Finance, CRE brokerage, and CRE acquisitions
- Experience with commercial real estate and transaction management
- Strong capabilities in financial modelling and market research, and proficiency in finance
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Existing network with all the major developers, asset-owners, IPCs & other Property consultants
- Relevant Leadership experience .
