Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of UC Cricket's digital marketing and search engine strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and audience growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves managing social media campaigns, overseeing online marketing initiatives, and coordinating content promotion across multiple channels. Day-to-day tasks include performing SEO audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link-building strategies, and monitoring search performance for key cricket-related topics and events. The specialist will analyze web analytics and campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance user acquisition and retention. This role will collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize the impact of digital campaigns.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, including content promotion, audience engagement, and platform-specific strategy.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns and SEO performance.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Advanced SEO knowledge, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link-building, and keyword research for content-rich platforms.
• Experience working with cricket, sports, or entertainment media brands is highly beneficial.
