Senior DevOps Engineer

Required Technical Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, middleware operations, or production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with BuildPiper, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker and Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration, build and deployment troubleshooting, and release management.
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory and artifact dependency management.
• Working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and secrets management.
• Practical exposure to Apache Kafka and IBM MQ operations and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Data Grid concepts and operational troubleshooting.
• Experience with ELK Stack for log analysis and incident investigation.
• Exposure to IBM Cognos service support.
• Knowledge of Git, Bash scripting, YAML, networking, DNS, TLS, and application connectivity.
• Experience with ITSM processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.
