Senior Creative Designer

Work locations: Hyderabad and Coimbatore

About the role

We're looking for a Creative Designer who can turn a brand brief into compelling visuals. You should have a strong eye for design and understand how to communicate a message clearly across ads, social media and websites.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ads, social media posts, carousels, website banners and other digital marketing creatives.
• Develop visual concepts that match each brand's identity, audience and campaign objective.
• Create multiple design variations to support creative testing and adapt approved designs across formats.
• Work with content writers, social media managers and the performance marketing team to execute briefs.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, layout and image treatment while incorporating feedback and meeting deadlines.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in graphic or creative design, with a portfolio of digital brand or marketing work. You should be proficient in relevant tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma, and have a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition and brand guidelines.

Experience designing for D2C brands or e-commerce campaigns is an added advantage. Basic motion graphics or video-editing skills are welcome, but not mandatory.
