Senior Consultant Process Improvement (CMMI/EPG)

About the Role

QAI Global Services is hiring a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to lead CMMI-based process engagements for clients across industries, in India and overseas.

You'll work with clients to understand where they are today, define where they need to be and help them make that transition, drive implementation, adoption and measurable improvement.

• Hands-on experience with CMMI V3.0 in both DEV and SVC
• CMMI Level 5 experience in both DEV and SVC
• Working knowledge of Minitab and Crystal Ball
• Six Sigma or equivalent statistical/process improvement background
• CMMI V3.0 Associate certification

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement engagements end to end - from understanding a client's business and AS-IS processes to defining and implementing TO-BE processes using CMMI and related frameworks.
• Drive process optimization, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Run workshops, process reviews, audits and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Support clients through CMMI implementation and appraisal readiness.
• Apply statistical techniques, metrics and High Maturity practices to improve process performance.
• Work across business and technology stakeholders to drive effective process adoption and institutionalization.
• Build QAI's consulting IP through tools, methodologies, case studies, white papers and other thought leadership.

What You Bring

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in process improvement, quality, operational excellence or consulting.
• Experience in end-to-end process definition, mapping, implementation, measurement and optimization.
• Experience in EPG/SEPG, SQA, auditing and process facilitation.
• CMMI Appraisal Team Member (ATM) experience preferred; FAR/Process Team experience is a plus.
• Strong consulting, communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, ITSM or Design Thinking is a plus.
• BE/MCA/MBA (Operations/Systems) or equivalent qualification.
