About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Gen AI Concept Artist who can transform ideas into compelling visual concepts using AI-powered creative tools and Photoshop. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and enjoy pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted design, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality concept art and visual assets using Generative AI tools and Adobe Photoshop.
• Create mood boards, character concepts, environments, and key visual illustrations.
• Translate creative briefs into visually engaging concepts with strong storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver impactful visuals.
• Use prompt engineering techniques to generate and refine AI-assisted artwork.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and brand identity across projects.
• Stay updated on emerging AI art tools, workflows, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and design principles.
• Excellent concept development and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on creative feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in storyboarding is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video/image editing tools is a plus.
• Experience working in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics, Advertising, or Digital Media is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated concepts, digital artwork, and Photoshop expertise is mandatory.
