Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Civil Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams and stakeholders effectively. A hands-on Civil Engineering professional with 8–10 years of experience in project execution, preferably with significant exposure to interior fit-out projects, who can take ownership and deliver projects successfully from planning through handover.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Engagement: Service Contract until further notice

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Experience: minimum 8 years – maximum 10 Years

Remuneration: At par with industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover of interior fit-out projects.
• Drive project delivery and ensure successful completion within the approved budget, project schedule, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, building management, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take timely corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination across all project activities.
• Ensure adherence to applicable safety, quality, and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
