Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering works for on-site projects in Gorakhpur. This full-time on-site role includes preparing and reviewing structural and infrastructural designs, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The person in this role will monitor project progress, manage site activities, resolve technical issues, and support quality control and safety practices. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, assisting in project scheduling and resource planning, and providing guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and practical experience applying civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including structural and infrastructure design for roads, buildings, and related works.
• Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site management.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage design, with ability to integrate solutions into overall project plans.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices, and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and make informed decisions under project constraints.
• Proficiency with civil engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, design and analysis software) is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and ethical engineering practices.
