Senior Business Process Analyst SAP Signavio

About The Role

DHL Group is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio and Business Process Model and Notation version 2.0.

In this role, you will analyze current business processes, design improved future processes, and help create consistent, scalable, automation-ready, and audit-ready process documentation. You will collaborate with Process Owners, Operations, Information Technology, Compliance, Automation, and Transformation teams across different functions and countries.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end current processes, including roles, systems, handovers, controls, risks, challenges, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Create and maintain current and future process models in SAP Signavio using Business Process Model and Notation version 2.0.
• Facilitate process analysis and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design improved processes and identify opportunities for standardization, digitalization, and automation.
• Document decision-making steps, business rules, exceptions, controls, system interactions, and handovers.
• Review process models to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with modeling standards.
• Support process governance, alignment with Standard Operating Procedures, version control, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Train and guide stakeholders on Business Process Model and Notation version 2.0, SAP Signavio, and process documentation standards.
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• More than four years of experience in process management, business analysis, operational excellence, process transformation, or shared services.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation version 2.0.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining process models in SAP Signavio.
• Experience analyzing current processes and designing improved future processes.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• A structured, analytical, consultative, and detail-oriented working style.
• Professional English communication skills.
  
  

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

• Experience with process mining, workflow tools, automation assessment, reporting dashboards, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in global, cross-functional, shared services, outsourcing, business transition, or Human Resources operations environments.
• Certification in Business Process Model and Notation, SAP Signavio, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Process Mining.
