Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our Bengaluru team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students about courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Build positive relationships with students and address their queries.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, telecalling, or admissions counselling will be preferred.
