About IT:

Team members in India will have opportunities to support a large and diverse technology environment including enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, Fortinet-based networking, cybersecurity technologies, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management platforms, and critical business applications. The GCC will also become an important center for building technical capabilities, standardizing processes, driving operational improvements, and developing future technology leaders. Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Requirements Management:

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, define reporting and analytics requirements, and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Power BI & Analytics Development
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that deliver meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Microsoft Fabric & Data Platform Enablement
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Management & Platforms team to leverage Microsoft Fabric, enterprise data assets, and modern analytics capabilities to deliver scalable and governed reporting solutions.
• Data Quality & Governance
• Promote data integrity by validating data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting enterprise data governance, stewardship, and reporting standards.
• Executive Insights & Communication
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver executive-level reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
• Analytics Leadership & Continuous Improvement
• Lead analytics initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement of reporting, KPI management, and self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Business Intelligence & Analytics Expertise – 5+ years of experience delivering business intelligence, analytics, or business analysis solutions in enterprise environments.
• Power BI & SQL Proficiency – Advanced SQL skills and 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development, including DAX, semantic models, and executive reporting.
• Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to gather requirements, define KPIs, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Executive Communication & Problem Solving – Strong data storytelling, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making through actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies.
• Familiarity with Dataflows Gen2, Fabric Warehouses, Lakehouse, and OneLake.
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, or master data management initiatives.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
