Senior Business Analyst - Wealth Management Domain

Role Overview:

This is a short-term contract role, to work with Talent Scout for one of our customer projects in Singapore. The duration is 6 months.

Basic Qualifications:

- Degree, preferably with exposure to Business Administration and/or Computer Science

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis in wealth management, wealth-tech or financial services technology, ideally on advisor- or investor-facing digital products

- Working knowledge of Trading flows, portfolio data, holdings, performance and reporting as surfaced to advisors and investors; Portfolio Accounting experience a plus.

- Experience writing API and integration requirements and working with engineers on data flows

- Proven ability to map data through the lifecycle of an account or client journey (prospect, onboarding/KYC, servicing and reporting)

- Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex technical specifications to clients and internal teams.

- Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve results

- Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders

- Experienced in gathering customer requirements through interviews, workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, journey mapping, process modelling (BPMN), use cases, user stories, scenarios and acceptance criteria

- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope and vision

- Experience representing the voice of the customer, including advisors and end investors

- Skilled in balancing speed and quality when making tactical development decisions that impact functionality or usability in an agile, client-driven environment

- Understanding of data structures and databases, SQL and API/JSON familiarity, and how to use that data for integration

- Stakeholder influence and consulting-style client management, including collaboration with globally distributed teams
