Senior Business Analyst (HCM & Talent Management)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Management, and Performance Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, define solutions, support Agile delivery, and ensure successful implementation of HR transformation programs and enterprise HCM platforms.

Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HCM, Talent Management, and Performance Management initiatives.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and transformation opportunities.
• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Prepare business documentation, process models, prototypes, and project artifacts.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM), HRIS, Talent Management, or Performance Management projects.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and process modeling.
• Experience conducting gap analysis, workflow analysis, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and risk management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.

• Experience implementing Talent Management or Performance Management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as:
• Workday
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Oracle HCM
• UKG
• ADP
• Ramco
• Experience supporting HR transformation, payroll, employee lifecycle, or workforce management initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs.
