About this role
Senior Bookkeeper – US Accounting
Financial Crest is expanding its US Accounting team, and we're looking for experienced accounting professionals to join us!
Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)
Position: Senior Bookkeeper – US Accounting
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Zoho.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare financial statements and monthly closing reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of client deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of US accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage client accounts.
