- Automate routine operational tasks to reduce manual intervention.
- Integrate backup workflows with monitoring and ticketing systems. Monitoring & Incident Management
- Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures.
- Perform root cause analysis for backup and restore issues.
- Handle critical incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
- Generate operational and management reports.
- Work closely with infrastructure, database, application, and cloud teams. Security & Compliance
- Implement backup encryption and ransomware protection mechanisms.

- Ensure adherence to organizational security standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise backup administration.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
- AWS and Commvault certifications are highly preferred.
