Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, reliable backend services and microservices for product-driven applications.
• Own end-to-end delivery, from architecture and development to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with product and R& D teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, system design, performance optimization, and automation.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity across the SDLC, including coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of backend engineering experience, preferably in product-based organizations.
• Strong proficiency in. NET, Node.js, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience with scalable systems, microservices, SQL databases, and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, algorithms, testing, and design principles.
• Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• AWS/Azure, MongoDB, and event-driven architecture experience.
• Experience building AI-powered product features or automated engineering workflows.
• Mentoring experience and familiarity with Agile practices.
