Senior Associate, Specialist, Application Developer, Consumer Banking Group Technology

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust software applications in alignment with organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and security guidelines. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure system reliability and performance. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues. Support the deployment pipeline and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in development processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
