About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on legal professional to manage T-Hub's day-to-day legal operations, with a strong focus on contracts, legal documentation and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

This role requires someone who can go beyond drafting and review to own contracts end-to-end from requirement and approvals through execution, documentation and closure.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review and facilitate execution of NDAs, MoUs, vendor/service agreements, program/partnership agreements and other contracts
• Manage internal contractual and legal queries, coordinating inputs, approvals and signatures
• Own Zoho Contracts/CLM workflows, approval tracking, execution status, repository, renewals and contractual alerts
• Proactively track pending contracts, approvals and legal actions and drive them to closure
• Maintain accurate records of executed agreements, approvals, legal correspondence and supporting documentation
• Undertake legal research and support preparation of notices, responses and other legal documentation
• Support audit, litigation documentation and other legal/compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, consultants and external counsel

What We're Looking For

• LL.B. from a recognised university
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal team, law firm or similar environment
• Hands-on experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation support and execution
• Good understanding of contract law and corporate/commercial legal principles
• Exposure to CLM systems/legal-tech platforms; Zoho Contracts experience is an advantage
• Strong drafting, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach with strong follow-up, ownership and closure orientation
• High standards of confidentiality, integrity and accountability
