Senior Associate - Finance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Indian accounting and statutory compliance, ideally in a multinational or services/export-oriented company.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, FEMA/RBI filings (Softex, APR, MPR), EPF, and state Professional Tax (KPT).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of depreciation schedules, provisioning, and month-end close processes.
• Proven experience supporting statutory and tax audits independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools (formulas, pivot tables, reporting templates).
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude for productivity and process efficiency.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional/overseas teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in a company with US/UK group entities or export of services (STPI/Non-STPI background).
• Exposure to transfer pricing documentation (Form 3CEB support).
