Role Description The Senior Assistant Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing client consultations, guiding individuals through Canadian immigration pathways, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with current immigration regulations. The Senior Assistant Manager will manage case files, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up with clients on application status and requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing eligibility, preparing and checking application forms, addressing client queries, and maintaining detailed records in internal systems. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and supporting business development initiatives related to Canada immigration services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, visa categories, and regulatory requirements; experience handling PR, work, study, and visitor visa cases is preferred.
• Client-facing skills including consultation, counseling, and the ability to explain complex procedures in clear, simple language.
• Proficiency in documentation management, attention to detail for form filling and verification, and strong organizational skills.
• Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or international education advisory, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, client-centric mindset, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; qualifications in law, international relations, business, or related fields are beneficial.
