WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ARCHITECT

Thenappan Architects is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of architectural projects, develop designs, prepare detailed drawings and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and site teams.

Position: Senior Architect

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution

• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections and working drawings

• Develop and coordinate architectural drawings

• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors

• Participate in client meetings and design presentations

• Review drawings for accuracy, detailing and constructability

• Guide and coordinate with junior architects

• Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines

SOFTWARE SKILLS

Must have:

• AutoCAD – Advanced

• Revit Architecture – Intermediate / Advanced

• SketchUp – Advanced

• D5 Render – Intermediate / Advanced

Additional skills are an advantage:

• Photoshop

• Enscape / Lumion

• MS Office

• BIM Coordination

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Arch or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Strong knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing

• Good understanding of building construction and site execution

• Strong design and visualization skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to independently handle projects

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Portfolio of completed projects is required
