Senior Architect (Workspace Interior Projects)

A design and project consultancy in Domlur, Bangalore- specializing in functional workspaces and commercial interior projects is looking for a Senior Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience, including strong experience in workspace design. The role involves contributing to the design development and delivery of workplace projects, with coordination across clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design solutions for workspace projects.
• Develop space plans and layouts based on project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings.
• Develop detailed design and technical documentation for project execution.
• Coordinate architectural, interior and building-services information with relevant consultants.
• Review drawings and resolve design and technical coordination issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors throughout project delivery.
• Review materials, finishes and detailing in accordance with the approved design.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with project teams during execution.
• Review drawing revisions and project documentation to support coordinated project delivery.
• Coordinate design deliverables with project requirements and agreed timelines.

Requirements

• B.Arch
• 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture and workspace design.
• Proven experience working on corporate or commercial workspace projects is required.
• Strong understanding of workplace planning and space utilisation.
• Experience developing architectural and interior design drawings for workplace projects.
• Strong understanding of design development, detailing and technical documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes and construction methods relevant to interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant architectural design software.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and design deliverables.

Work Schedule

• Location: Indiranagar, Domlur, Bengaluru
• Working days: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) ; Saturday - Half day
