Senior Architect Real Estate

• Lead architectural planning and design development for real estate projects.
• Prepare, review and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts and design documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other external consultants.
• Work closely with project, construction and site teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.
• Review drawings for design accuracy, functionality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate design modifications based on site conditions and execution requirements.
• Support statutory approval processes and coordinate with relevant consultants/agencies.
• Review architectural specifications, materials, finishes and design details.
• Participate in design reviews and resolve architectural and interdisciplinary coordination issues.
• Monitor design deliverables, schedules and consultant submissions.
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution is aligned with approved architectural drawings and design intent.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify design and execution challenges and provide practical solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in a Real Estate Developer or Architectural Firm/Consultancy.
• Good exposure to residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural planning, design development and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Structural, MEP and other multidisciplinary consultants.
• Good understanding of statutory requirements and approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.
• Ability to review drawings and coordinate design through different stages of project execution.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have handled projects from concept and design development through construction/execution will be preferred.

Candidates residing in Kalyan, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Central Mumbai or nearby locations, or those willing to travel/relocate to Kalyan, may apply.

Compensation

15–18 LPA, depending on current compensation, relevant experience and overall suitability for the role.
