Role & responsibilities

Summary Description:      

We are looking for an experienced API developer to join our team. The hire will be responsible
for developing / managing / troubleshooting / documenting the current list of Azure Web Apps
managed by our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced app developer in the Azure
Ecosystem who can both build apps from scratch and manage / improvise the current pipeline
of apps.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

•Maintain and provide enhancements to Azure Web Apps.
•Recommend and implement processes to improve data quality, data reliability, and database performance.
•Employ variety of ETL and integration tools for system and data integrations.
•Architect solutions that support business stakeholders.
•Conduct testing and data transformation testing.
•Ability to troubleshoot pain points in the entire integration process including Web App / ADF pipelines / Source Systems, etc.
•Maintain source to target documentation and process flow documentation.
•Proactively monitor App health including App Service Plans to advise on scaling horizontally and vertically.

Experience: 

Relevant hands-on work experience in a Web App builder role.
MS SQL Server
Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.

Must Have
Very experienced in C# .NET
API development experience –
Azure Web App building experience including connecting to various Azure Resources such as Azure Data Factory / Azure SQL Managed Instance / Azure SQL Servers / Storage Accounts -
Strong working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases and working knowledge of Azure - of SQL
Data Testing:
Knowledge of developing Azure Logic App, Azure Function App - a big plus
Experience in data duality, source systems analysis, and business rules validation.
Ability to write and understand Source to Target documentation.
Detail oriented and meticulous approach to duties.
Keep our data separated and secure.  Familiarity with data and cybersecurity.
Good analytical skills.
A knack for independent and group work.
Capacity to successfully manage a pipeline of duties with minimal supervision 

Good To Have:
Knowledge on Azure APIM, API Webservers, Microsoft Foundry
Development of MCP servers/code
Fundamental knowledge of data warehouse concepts
CICD dev ops experience
