Senior Analyst - Operations Management

Job Summary

You ll prepare and review financial monitoring reports that show client financial status, spend by product line, renewal projections and funding levels. You ll also help spot anything that doesn t look right, then explain what you ve found in a clear way. You ll work with carrier data for more complex clients and turn it into useful recommendations for client servicing teams. You ll also help gather the data and materials needed to finish projects on time, keep our systems up to date and support special pieces of work when needed. This role suits someone who can look beyond the numbers, check whether the analysis makes sense and share findings in writing and in meetings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Yrs Experience in Financial Reporting
• You can work with financial or operational data and spot patterns, gaps and unusual results.
• You ve used Excel and VBA to support analysis or reporting.
• You can explain data and findings clearly in writing and in meetings.
• You can work carefully with sensitive information and follow set processes.
• You can stay focused in a fast-moving setting where priorities can change.
• You can work with people from different backgrounds and find ways to move work forward.
• You re comfortable asking for the information you need to finish work on time.
• Experience with US health work and financial monitoring reports would be useful.
• A maths or statistics background would be useful, but it isn t essential.
