Senior Analyst - Claim Operations

Responsibilities

• Supports Run-Off / Cancelled Clients through consistent service delivery, timely response to requests, and adherence to client service standards.
• Demonstrates ownership of assigned activities and follows through on commitments.
• Develops foundational knowledge of claims operations, risk management, insurance concepts, and Gallagher Bassett products and services.
• Uses reporting tools to support client requirements and identify basic trends.
• Delivers accurate and timely execution of client deliverables while maintaining operational discipline and quality standards.
• Supports issue resolution through established processes and escalation paths.
• Communicates effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through professional verbal and written communication.
• Participates in client meetings and supports follow-up activities.
• Works effectively across business functions to resolve client needs, supports team objectives, seeks feedback, and contributes to a positive team environment.
