About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counsellor (Sales) who understands the UPSC ecosystem and can effectively guide aspirants regarding our courses, mentorship programs, and services.

The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience in the UPSC coaching industry and possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions and Enrollments

• Counsel UPSC aspirants and guide them toward suitable programs.
• Handle inbound leads through calls and whatsApp.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified inquiries into enrollments.
• Understand aspirants preparation needs and recommend the right programs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Consistently work towards achieving targets.
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience in the UPSC industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the UPSC examination process and preparation ecosystem.
• Proven experience in counselling and converting leads into enrollments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable handling calls, counselling students, following up, and closing sales.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a genuine interest in helping UPSC aspirants.
