Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Semi-Qualified CA specializing in Accounts, Tax, and AI-enabled practice. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The team member will assist in direct and indirect tax compliance, including return preparation, support for assessments, and basic tax planning under supervision. Responsibilities include working with AI-based tools and automation software to streamline accounting and tax processes, validate outputs, and improve data quality. The role also includes supporting audits, preparing working papers, maintaining client records, and coordinating with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to maintain professional client relationships.
• Progress towards CA qualification (Semi-Qualified/CA Intermediate cleared) with experience in accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, ERP systems) and comfort with AI-enabled or automation tools.
• Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, income tax, and basic compliance requirements.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools is advantageous.
