Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.   Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.   The SEM Specialist is responsible for supporting business units and regions worldwide and works closely with Campaign Management, Media Strategy Leads, Product Marketing, Analytics, SEO, Ecommerce, Brand, Automation, agencies and platform partners.    This position reports to the Senior Manager, SEM and is part of the Marketing Global Capability Center located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.   What you will do:   Lead end to end paid search execution , owning campaign strategy, planning, build, launch, optimization, reporting and continuous improvement across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Develop data-driven search strategies by translating campaign objectives, audience insights and customer intent into effective keyword, targeting, bidding and budget approaches that drive business outcomes Optimize performance and maximize impact through ongoing analysis of reach, engagement, conversion and commercial metrics, turning insights into clear recommendations and measurable actions Ensure operational excellence and governance by maintaining campaign quality, account health, tracking accuracy, regulatory compliance, brand standards, documentation and Standard Work. Partner across the marketing ecosystem to align priorities, enable campaign success, drive innovation through automation and AI, and strengthen paid search capability across the wider organisation   Who you are:   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 3 years of hands-on experience independently managing paid search campaigns in a complex B2B, enterprise or agency environment.  Advanced practical knowledge of Google Ads and working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising. Current Google Ads certification is strongly preferred.  Demonstrated ability to build campaigns from the ground up and manage account structure, keywords, match types, negative keywords, ad assets, audiences, bidding and budgets.  Strong data analysis and interpretation skills across metrics such as impression share, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS and lead quality. Proficiency with GA4 and Excel. Practical understanding of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager, including the ability to identify and brief tracking requirements or issues.  Experience managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines with disciplined prioritization, documentation and attention to detail.
