Description

We are seeking a Seller Support representative in India, suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates, to assist our sellers in navigating our platform and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to sellers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Assist sellers with their queries related to account management, product listings, and order fulfillment.
Resolve issues related to seller performance metrics and provide guidance to improve their sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex seller issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online selling.
Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
