Security Track Consultant

Service Delivery & Security Operations - Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Security Services. - Oversee 24x7 SOC operations including Logging & Monitoring, Incident Response, and Cyber Brand Protection. - Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and security governance requirements. - Drive continual service improvement initiatives across the security landscape. - Act as escalation point for Major Security Incidents (P1/P2). - Security Governance & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary security contact for customer leadership and internal stakeholders. - Conduct operational reviews, service reviews, and security governance meetings. - Present security posture, risks, trends, and recommendations to customer management. - Track risks, actions, and remediation activities to closure.
