Job Description
Job Purpose
To ensure creation and adoption of strategic plan for Talent Recruitment, Onboarding, Confirmation and exit for all employees at unit. Undertake and execute all drives related to compensation and benefits, Job Analysis and Evaluation and Organization Structure that is in alignment with business strategy.

| KRA1 | 1. Drive Organization Structure & Manpower Planning Ensure preparation, finalization & implementation of department wise ideal organization structures 2. Talent Acquisition & Retention Recruitment & selection at all level on continuous basis based on the organization | 1.Develop effective manpower planning through benchmarking study and comparison within and outside group, rationalization, finalization of ideal Organization structure for all Departments in consultation with management and its implementation 2.Establish suitable process and implementation of Recruitment policy of the unit in line with group guideline 3.Determine effectiveness for recruitment of competent manpower within time schedule as per the approved vacancy through Internal Recruitment system / outside agencies. 4.Ensure adherence to the guidelines of various recruitment related policies like IRS, near relation, re-employment of ex-employee, pre-employment health checkup etc. 5.Prepare salary remuneration of selected candidate keeping in mind internal parity check and oversee his/her smooth induction 6.Ensure smooth transfer of selected employees through Internal Recruitment System and his/her timely settlement of dues |

HR Policies, Systems & Processes Ensure & monitor implementation of all HR policies, systems & processes in line with human resources deployment philosophy of Unit, Business & Group | 1.Have a grasp of Personnel Policies and employee benefit schemes for compliance and solve queries by employees 2.Drive implementation of all personnel policies of the Group and unit customized in letter and spirit. Strict adherence to all the policies 3.Recommend amendments in personnel policies as and when required and appraise management for its finalization 4.Ensure timely processing of all employee benefit schemes as per the approved policies and guidelines. 5.Drive appropriate communication programs to improve awareness of employees on employee benefits and personnel policy. 6.Ensure adherence to SOPs of various HR processes as per agreed standards and IMS. |
