About the Role

We are looking for an insight-driven SEO Manager who is working at the forefront of the AI Search (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) era, with proven experience in scaling organic growth and visibility. You will bring strong fundamentals, but this is not a traditional SEO role. The landscape has evolved, and this position focuses on shaping strategy, experimentation, and insights across modern discovery systems. Our goal is to lead in AI visibility and define how legal professionals and platforms show up across these emerging surfaces, supported by a strong commitment to innovation, continuous testing, and rapid, scalable execution.

What you'll do

• Build and run the end-to-end SEO roadmap: technical, on-page, content and authority
• Lead technical audits: crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, site architecture
• Develop topical authority around legal and legal-tech themes with content and editorial teams
• Drive keyword research, search-intent mapping and content briefs that convert
• Earn high-quality backlinks through digital PR and strategic partnerships
• Optimise for AI search visibility (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Report on rankings, traffic, leads and revenue impact using GA4, Search Console and Semrush/Ahrefs

What you bring

• 3–7 years in SEO (Manager level: team or channel ownership)
• Strong command of technical SEO and modern ranking factors
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog and Semrush/Ahrefs
• Analytical mindset with clear, data-backed communication
• Experience in B2B, SaaS or content-heavy sites

Nice to have

• Legal, fintech or AI product exposure
• Familiarity with answer engine optimization (AEO)generative engine optimisation (GEO) for AI-driven search platforms.
• Basic HTML/JS understanding
