Role Description This full-time Sea Export Pricing Specialist role is an on-site position based in Hauz Khas. The specialist will be responsible for developing competitive sea export pricing by analyzing carrier rates, market conditions, and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing export quotations, coordinating with shipping lines and overseas partners, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of export documentation. The role involves close collaboration with sales and operations teams to respond to customer inquiries, optimize pricing strategies, and support tender submissions. The specialist will also monitor cost structures, maintain pricing databases, and contribute to continuous process improvement in export pricing and customer service.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong export-related skills, including Export, Import Export, and Export Documentation.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills and a customer-centric approach to Customer Service.
• Relevant experience in sea freight, logistics, or export pricing, preferably within project or international logistics.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints, manage multiple quotations, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping line practices, and export compliance will be an advantage.
