Role: Scrum Master (Fresher)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bangalore
CTC: ₹7 – 8 LPA
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Bond: None
Eligibility: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MBA (CSE, IT, BCA). 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs. No minimum percentage criteria.
Preferred Education: A technical bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) with an MBA. Alternatively, a technical bachelor's degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master.
Key Skills: Agile and Scrum, SDLC, Sprint management, Backlog management, User stories, Project tracking, Jira, Sprint metrics, Stakeholder coordination, Risk and blocker management
Candidate Preferences:
- Immediate joiners only
- Candidates based in Karnataka/Bangalore, or willing to relocate, are preferred
Selection Process (5 Rounds):
Online: HR Screening → Scrum Round → Project Management Round
Offline: Director of Engineering (Techno-Functional) → Final HR Round
