SCM Middle East FML ? International Marketing Professional

• Coordinate and process customer orders for the Middle East market.
• Track orders from order receipt to final dispatch/delivery.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Commercial teams for timely order execution.
• Monitor product availability and highlight shortages or delays.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain order status, shipment details and relevant MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

• Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team for product registration and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on regulatory documents required for product registrations, renewals and submissions.
• Ensure availability and timely sharing of required product/documentation details with the concerned teams.
• Track regulatory submission status and support timely closure of pending requirements.
• Coordinate with the market/business team for regulatory-related queries.

• Work closely with International Marketing, Regulatory, SCM, QA, Production, Logistics and Finance teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between business requirements and internal operations.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, supply status and pending regulatory activities.
• Escalate critical delays or issues to the reporting manager.

• 13 years of experience in Pharma, preferably in International Business / Supply Chain / Order Processing / Regulatory Coordination .
• Experience handling international markets, preferably Middle East/GCC , will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of order management and supply chain coordination .
• Exposure to pharmaceutical regulatory documentation/processes is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
