School Relations Officer

Role Description The School Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and colleges, presenting FACE Prep's programs, and coordinating with institutional stakeholders to drive student participation. The School Relations Officer will schedule and conduct visits, information sessions, and workshops, as well as collect feedback to improve outreach and program delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with academic partners, supporting event logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with school needs. The role also includes tracking engagement metrics, preparing reports, and representing FACE Prep in a professional manner at all partner institutions.
Qualifications

• Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with schools and colleges.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with educators, administrators, students, and internal teams.
• Organizational and coordination abilities, including event planning, scheduling, and handling on-site logistics.
• Basic data tracking, reporting, and documentation skills to monitor outreach activities and program impact.
• Comfort with using productivity tools and communication platforms (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education, business, or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in academic outreach, sales, business development, or education services is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for school visits and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
