SAP Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP requirements across US clients.
• Source, screen, and evaluate SAP consultants through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal databases.
• Recruit for SAP technologies including:
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP ABAP
• SAP HANA
• SAP Basis
• SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP Ariba
• SAP EWM
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and collect client feedback.
• Negotiate compensation and support offer closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Meet submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, account managers, and hiring managers.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Strong experience in SAP recruitment.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring models.
• Understanding of US work authorization categories (US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong experience in Boolean search techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced US IT Recruiter with strong SAP hiring expertise, hands-on experience in W2/C2C/FTE recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, knowledge of US work authorizations, and a proven track record of meeting client requirements and recruitment targets.
