We are looking for 2 experienced SAP SuccessFactors SF Reporting (Stories) Consultants to support a major international SuccessFactors implementation. The selected consultants will work remotely from India or Europe while providing strong working-hour overlap with the CEST time zone. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Stories, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors Stories / Story Reports.
• Understand business and reporting requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective SuccessFactors reporting solutions.
• Work closely with internal customers and business stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify reporting requirements.
• Design reporting structures based on business needs and SuccessFactors data models.
• Build, test, validate, and troubleshoot reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
• Support report enhancements, modifications, and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Provide recommendations regarding reporting capabilities and best practices.
• Support testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting / Stories.
• Experience developing Story Reports / Stories in SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with international/global teams.
• Willingness to work according to CEST business hours.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central reporting experience.
• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in global SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
