Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Remote – Bangalore / Gurgaon

Work Model: Remote

Client Visits: 3–4 times per month

Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification – Mandatory

Important Note

Although the role is remote, the selected candidate must visit the client's office 3–4 times per month. Travel, accommodation, and food expenses for these visits will be borne by the candidate/vendor.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Compensation Management, annual compensation cycles, implementation, support, and enhancements. The candidate must have mandatory LTI experience and a proven track record of delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and salary reviews.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Work on implementation, support, and enhancement projects for SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Configure compensation worksheets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and compensation plans.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, conduct testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support compensation statement configuration and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• LTI experience is mandatory.
• Minimum one SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation project and one support project.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing annual compensation cycles and system enhancements.
• Good understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Good to Have

• Experience designing and configuring custom compensation statements.
• Knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors Compensation and other HR modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
