SAP S/4HANA FSCM Consultant

ERP21 is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FSCM Consultant for a remote contract opportunity covering Bill to Cash, Credit Management, Cash Management, Banking, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processes.

The role combines functional consulting, solid hands-on configuration, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver integrated finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs and configuration.

- Configure and support SAP Credit Management, including credit limits, risk classes, credit checks, and credit exposure.

- Support Bill to Cash processes across billing, accounts receivable, incoming payments, cash application, and credit-related order blocks.

- Configure and support Cash Management processes, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank account management.

- Support banking integration, house banks, bank accounts, payment processes, and related finance configuration.

- Configure and troubleshoot EBS processing, including statement formats, posting rules, account symbols, interpretation algorithms, and clearing rules.

- Work with SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, and SD teams to ensure consistent processes and reliable financial postings.

- Prepare functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, reports, and forms, working closely with development teams.

- Lead or support testing, defect resolution, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.

- Produce clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 4 end-to-end SAP implementations covering relevant areas of SAP S/4 HANA FSCM, Bill to Cash, Credit Management, Cash Management, Banking, and EBS, with hands-on involvement from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Proven hands-on functional experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM and finance processes.

- Strong SAP Credit Management configuration and troubleshooting skills.

- Good hands on understanding of the end-to-end Bill to Cash cycle and its integration with accounts receivable and sales processes.

- Experience with SAP Cash Management, banking processes, and Electronic Bank Statements.

- Understanding of bank statement posting, reconciliation, incoming payments, and automated clearing.

- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and practical SAP solutions.

- Experience delivering SAP implementation and rollout projects.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Preferred Experience:

- SAP Collections Management and Dispute Management.

- S/4HANA migration or finance transformation projects.

- Bank connectivity and bank statement formats such as MT940, BAI2, or CAMT.053.

- Relevant SAP Fiori applications.

- Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
