Exp- 8- 12 yrs relevant

Location- Kolkata & Jamshedpur

• 8-12 years of SAP Finance experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance
• Deep knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes, universal journal, master-data and value mapping, document replication and reconciliation
• Experience with source-system integration, SAP Landscape Transformation replication, Application Interface Framework monitoring and error resolution
• Strong understanding of central payments, intercompany, tax, allocations, reporting and period-end dependencies where applicable
• Proven delivery of Central Finance implementations including design, mapping, testing, cutover, reconciliation and stabilization
• Ability to lead offshore delivery from India for the Baker Hughes account and collaborate with global finance stakeholders

Key Responsibilities*

• Lead Central Finance solution design, configuration and end-to-end functional delivery
• Assess source systems, define replication scope, mapping strategy, posting logic, controls and target operating processes
• Configure master-data mapping, value mapping, document handling, reconciliation and AIF monitoring processes
• Coordinate with Finance, Controlling, MDG, SLT, integration, security, data, reporting and technical development teams
• Lead unit, integration, regression and user acceptance testing, cutover rehearsal, go-live reconciliation and hypercare
• Prepare architecture and configuration documents, mapping workbooks, functional specifications, test scripts, controls and runbooks
• Provide design governance, issue resolution, stakeholder communication and mentoring for distributed delivery teams
