We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities across manufacturing, production planning, and quality management processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure SAP solutions, resolve functional issues, and ensure seamless integration between production planning and quality management processes.

• Configure, implement, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide appropriate SAP functional solutions.

• Manage production planning processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), demand management, capacity planning, and production orders.

• Configure and support Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, routings, and production versions.

• Support shop-floor execution and manufacturing processes.

• Configure and manage SAP QM processes, including inspection planning, inspection lots, results recording, quality notifications, and usage decisions.

• Support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection processes.

• Ensure integration between SAP PP, QM, MM, SD, and other relevant manufacturing modules.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for reports, enhancements, and developments.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

• Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.

• Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and post-go-live activities
  

  Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP and SAP QM modules.

• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management workflows.

• Experience with MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and production orders.

• Knowledge of BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.

• Experience with inspection types, inspection characteristics, inspection plans, inspection lots, and usage decisions.

• Understanding of SAP PP, QM, and MM integration.

• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional documentation, testing, and issue resolution.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
